Tired of boring Windows 7 background when you log into your user? If you didn't know yet, you can actually change that background. If you do not want to download special software for doing this, here's an easier and more alternative way for that:
1. Click on Windows Start button on the taskbar and type regedit to the search bar.
2. The registry file you are looking for is im HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. So, right click on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, and select Find.
3. Type OEMBackground in the search field. It should be located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background. If it's not there, add a new DWORD value with "OEMBackground".
4. Double click on OEMBackground, and change the value from 0 to 1.
5. Click on Windows Start button, and type Run in the search bar. In the field, type %windir%\system32\oobe
6. Create a folder named info.
7. Go to info, and create there a folder named backgrounds.
8. Get a desired wallpaper, and rename it to backgroundDefault.jpg (make sure the wallpaper has .jpg format too. If not, open the wallapaper in Paint, and save it as .jpg). Copy the wallapaper into backgrounds folder you created before.
9. Log off, and you should see it. If not, find a video related and YouTube and do it all again step by step.
